What to Bring

At registration in Cape Town you will receive an XL Absa Cape Epic bag with your personal race number on it. Your personal Absa Cape Epic bag is the only bag that we transport between stage locations and all your personal belongings required during the race must fit into this bag (including your sleeping bag and sheets).

We recommended that you don't bring any valuables along to the Absa Cape Epic. We take no responsibility for valuables lost or damaged during the course of the event.

Recommended Riding Equipment:

• Mobile telephone (South Africa uses dual band GSM 900/1800 - this is the same
as in Europe. We do not specifically provide an area in the race village for you to
charge your phone. Please keep your phone off to conserve battery life.)

adhesive first aid plasters x 5, sun-block)
