The best way to watch the race is to download our spectator guide and get to one of our Vantage Points on the route or at the finish line. All the details you need to be at the race and to experience the event are available for download in our spectator guide.
If you can't come out to visit the race, then be sure to watch us on SuperSport daily at 22h30. For detailed SuperSport TV schedule or for international TV coverage, click here. Alternatively, live results are posted on our special Absa Cape Epic Live Site during the race, and for the first time this year, we will have intermediate results coming from 2 of the vantage points on the route, in addition to the finish line. And you will also be able to track the leading riders with live GPS tracking that also shows riders' heart rates, speed, and power outputs!
The 2010 Absa Cape Epic runs from the 21st to the 28th of March in the Western Cape region of South Africa.

Water Point 1 (spectator point & MTN hotspot)
Directions from Ceres to water point 1:
Leave town on the R46 (go 10.3km from the edge of town)
Turn right signposted 4x4 Matroosberg / Boo-Swaarmoed (go 10.9km)
Turn right signposted Klipfontein / Alhambra (go 1.4km and arrive at Water Point 1)
Water Point 2 (spectator point)
Directions

Leave town on the R46 (go 10.3km from the edge of town)
Turn right signposted 4x4 Matroosberg / Boo-Swaarmoed (go
14.5km and arrive at destination on your left hand side, go through the
gate - public to park outside on the right hand side of the road)
