Information Evenings

In order to help you prepare for the Absa Cape Epic, we host Rider Information Evenings in Johannesburg and Cape Town. At these information evenings you'll get to meet the Absa Cape Epic organisers as well as experts in nutrition, training and bike technology who will provide insider 'Epic-specific' knowledge.

These information evenings are early enough to enable you to follow the full Polar training progamme, giving you crucial advice on the amount and type of riding you should have done by the time you line up at the start of the race. 

These evenings are an excellent opportunity to have all your questions answered and to network with other riders from your area. The information is geared towards riders entered into the Absa Cape Epic and for those who are interested in finding out more about the race. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.

All evenings start at 18h30 and finish by 21h00
