I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
This will be my 4th Epic and the reason I entered was to experience and amazing race, with one of my closest friends.
It will also be great to finally ride the event with the Lion on my rider badge.
Best Results:
2015 - Stage 6 and then the finish at Meerindal because it was my first.
2016 - I just loved the entire race. We had such a good group of friends and the route was amazing. Very challenging and loads of climbs but not the "dead" distance cycling on endless dirt roads of 2015.
2018 - was an extremely fun Cape Epic for me. We went with no ambitions on result but enjoying the ride. I also achieved my 3rd Epic and getting into the Amabubesi.
