I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
Because Kristof Sterckx was searching for a partner. We knew each other from an Mountainbike-event I've organised a few years a go called Duchenne Heroes. The fundings of that event went to research of this horrible muscle diseases (Duchenne) for little boys.
It was a dream for years to ride the event once. But now it came faster than I've expected We have the same ambitions for the 2015 Absa Cape Epic. So there's a perfect match
Best Results:
As a MTBcoach I'm one of the lucky that can say; I coach(ed) different kind of riders to different kind of higher levels. Between recreational and world class riders.
With participants to world championships & national champions.
But still very ambitious to help those riders to a higher level
