I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
2016 was my "Newbie" year in the Cape Epic and it was tough! Really Tough. I vowed I would never do it again.....well here I am, back in 2017. its like child birth ---you forget the pain :). I hope that our team name will hold true and will be exactly how we ride this race all the way from the prologue start line to ultimately crossing the finish line in Val de Vie, as Epic Legends ..."Slow & Steady"
