I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
If you stay in SA you have to do the Epic. It's on my bucket list and I want to do it for my 45th birthday. Both my brothers died young one from cancer (age 14) and the other at 35 I am determined to live healthier and achieve challenges their deaths remind me that life is fragile and this to quote my younger brother "this is not a dress rehearsal we only get to live this life once". I want to to live life to the fullest. My daughter aged 7 had a brain tumour removed successfully and this is yet another reminder to live life full but not to be irresponsible about it. I am hoping the Epic helps me close a few chapters.
