I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I’ve always thought the only way to truly grow is to push myself, both physically and mentally, so I set myself up for that. Entering the 2018 Epic is the perfect situation to be in, to experience every emotion possible and to push yourself past the point where you thought you could not grow anymore, mentally and physically.
