I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I wanted to do a race that was challenging, physically and mentally. I have heard nothing but positive comments and about the race and how beautiful the country is....what better way to experience it all.....on a bike!

I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I followed the 2016 race through Instagram when I first learned about the race. 2016 was also my first year of really racing in the mountain bike community and I was loving it! I thought the Absa Cape Epic looked like an awesome challenge to take on and really push myself to see what I could do. Good thing my Exhale Team mate, LJ, has the Absa Cape Epic on her bucket list and is taking on this challenge with me!
