I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
It is the human nature to push boundaries, whatever you do - having been invited to participate in the 2013 Cape Epic Daytrippers experience, I was hooked to enter for the real thing ! I was privileged to be able to partake in my 1st ABSA Cape Epic in 2014.

Best Results:
Completing my first Cape Epic race in 2014, after broken my hip in June 2013.
