Crashing my ribs into a tree stump in PMB on the old ferncliffe downhill course and then the other boring stuff like taking drugs, shaving my legs, not riding when its raining, drinking coffee, checking my power outlputs, keeping a training diary and off course that pre-ride morning poo that we wall know is totally in sontrast to the well documented learnings of compression theory.
