I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
first time because i had great hollidays in south africa before. i was racing the ironman in gordans bay and it was great!
second because our first epic was wonderfull!
third cause two was not enough
fourth- because we just love the epic and its people involve
Best Results:
-3 times Cape-Epic finisher.
-surviving the 2004 "mud day" (that was tough!!!!!!)
-2 Top 15 Stage finish in 2006 when i was riding solo after my team made dropped out.
