I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
to challenge myself as a person, and to achieve a personal goal. I love cycling, especially mountain biking and am not getting any younger, so its time to take part in a challenge, see our country, meet all kinds of people, local and from abroad, and finally to help promote cycling in the true Absa Cape Epic Spirit. To all you guys taking part in this amazing challange - Good luck and my you all achieve what you set out to do !

Before the Absa Cape Epic - Was to complete the Diamondback Tour in Oudtshoorn-Not being mountain biking long- was more of a road cyclist that has now being converted to Mountain biking.
