I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
Mad moment in life , enjoy pushing body to the max , did the ultimate in running , now wanted the ultimate challenge on my bike , asked a friend if he wanted to do the great western cape bike ride , he said if we wanted to do a multi day event why not do the ultimate challenge in the Epic , so we tried our luck , and the rest they say is history .
