I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
It's a challenge against yourself, your bike, your legs and Leon Evans God created obsticals and I am made to fight uphill battles. My wife said I need to learn to be more patient so I entered a team event. I needed something to talk about when I am old, if I survive !

ACCEPT FOR BEING ALLOWED TO RIDE THE CAPE EPIC, finishing the 2007,2008 Epic, the fact that I can enjoy riding a MTB, and the great friends that are riding and training with me. Finishing the 2009 2nd ,2010 3rd & 2011 6th Freedom Challenge's
