I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
To take up the challenge of a multi-day event. It just happens to be a dame hard & long multi-day event.
Best Results:
Doing the 2010 Cape Epic, finishing and enjoying every minute (ok didn't enjoy the railway track on day one, but enjoyed every other minute). Finishing Mabalingwe 80k after having a mtb bike for only 2 months, with broken rib. Thinking about it what"s 80k, I can do that in my sleep on my road bike (big mistake).
