A bet with my brother who had never riden any bike before and myself who was 20kg over weight that we could finish the 2010 Epic!

I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
My brother and training partner twisted my arm. At the time I had never ridden a bike and had no idea on what sort of physical, mental, and financial commitment it would take to prepare myself for the Epic!
