The best MTB race in the most Beautiful country. After to many non stop Adventure races it's time to enter a stage race were there is time to sleep!

I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I participated in the 2009 Cape Epic, but unfortunately had to skip 2 stages for medical reasons, so ended up as non-finisher. Well, the best reason to come back and do the job well this time, and it is definitely not a punishment to be a participant again.

Finisher in 3-day Vulkanbike race (Germany) with total lack of training in preceding months
Two times finisher in Hoek van Holland - den Helder, the world's longest beach MTB race.
Top 200 ranking in Egmond beachrace (3000 participants)
