I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I knew I could do 8 days of work, I was not sure if I would be able to make 8 days of toughness, thorns, bumps and bruises. It's a challenge - everyone loves a challenge!
Best Results:
To me the highlights are the training rides, you never know what to expect when you head up into the mountains. Snakes, Waterfalls, technical sections, it's all part of the fun.
