I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
Whilst riding motorbikes in the desert with my team partner, we got talking about doing a mountain bike race, he suggested this, I was thinking maybe a one day event!!! So I entered and here we are. Only after we started training and gave up the motorbikes was I aware of how lucky I was to get a place in the lottery.
