I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
It is such a beautiful and challenging race that one should have done it if there is a chance to do it. Apart from that, it was good fun last year...

Best Results:
Hard to tell. There has been so much I enjoyed. Cape Epic 2009 was definitely one of them.

Been there,done that - the Epic still on our list and slowly taking control of our minds...and once is never enough(that was 4 years ago) - to be continued

Best Results:
several top ten finishes with Sven and the Campana Team at the 24hour-races of Duisburg and Munich (Germany) 2004-20011 , several MTB Marathon races and.of course , the Epic 2009 ,2010 .2011 and 2012 !
