I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I am always keen on trying something new and extreemly challanging - Epic fits this bill. While I definitely did not intend doing the Epic within the next few years my friends and collegues started getting on my case about when am I going to do the Epic or how did "the big race"? I logged on to the epic website for the first time on the day the early bird entries opened, just to have a look. When I say that the entries openend at 15:00 and I quickly asked my brother-in-law if he would like to join me (despite never previously discussing it) - by 15:01 we were in .....
