Best Results:
Completing the Cape Epic after being hit by a truck 5 months before. Completeing all 5 Cape Epics. Riding the Trans Alps 2007 and the BC bike race in 2011. Training in the Canadian sub arctic at -30C, riding on ice roads and frozen single track.
