I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I believe it is an ultimate challenge to ones physical capabilities, and I had a personal goal of being the fitest I have ever been at the age of 45, unfortuantely fell and shatterred my shoulder in 2009, so I am back! Now close to fifty and even fitter!

Sani2c in 2012 thereafter Transbaviaans and Attakwas and Lighthouse to lighthouse. All are awesome experiences.
