I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
This time so that my cousin could have a cycling buddy..., he then injured himself at the Attakwas so now I have teamed up with Bonny Swanepoel
Best Results:
Surviving the rain day at the 2012 Cape Epic, this remains true but I think doing the Attakwas each January after limited training in the 7 weeks prior due to work commitments!
