To get some perspective in live?#@%! ....To be an Epic man? ...I don't know, should not think to long and hard abouit this one

Best Results:
Entering for the 2011 Cape Epic, and as a group raised over R1million for charities. Also, did my first multi stage race (Route 69) in February of this year.
