Apart from the 2015 Berg and Bush, I haven't done any stage racing, content to date in hitting Table Mountain, which is on my doorstep. But the preparation for the Cape Epic has made me realise that there's so much more to experience from mountain biking by being a bit more adventurous - although I am jumping straight in at the deep end!
