I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I am always up for a challenge! After entering an online competition with Liv Cycling I secured a place in the Cape Epic! I have the aim of promoting women in mountain biking to improve health and wellbeing.
Best Results:
Having only started mountain biking just over a year ago I feel proud to be able to take part in such a prestigious event. Mountain biking has been life changing from a health and wellbeing perspective.
