I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
I love a challenge. I push myself to the limit and then set myself other goals. It keeps me on my toes and feeds this desire to always better myself in ways I would never thought possible.
Best Results:
Rediscovering a bicycle. This with no reference to the rediscovering of a wheel which is round. I soon realised this when coming down the farm road and discovered that the breaks did not work to good and a Hollywood stunt was the end of the story. Just that rush. This Journey will certainly be the Highlight.

My best friend for the last 34years, Braam Gericke, asked me to do it with him. He also completed the 2015 race and wants to join the Amabubesi. So i said yes if he would do the Ironman with me, i havent received and answer yet but i will be riding with him for at least the next 3 years
