My early years in MTB were the things dreams are made of, I was on a farm near Mankele and I just got to ride. I learnt a lot about myself about my ability to overcome even when my body said no more. I started to ride in races in 2012 and I slowly crept up the leader board. 2012 was my first Three Towers event and I raced it hard and fast, I have done it every year since. 2014 I rode my first Sani2C which was amazing. Every year riding has been a blessing. 2015 I did the ultra at Sabie... wow that was an eye opener
