I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
After living away from what I still consider home for 13 years and doing as many crazy races as I can in Europe, the one big gaping hole in my palmares is the Cape Epic, I HAVE to race a stage race in Africa now, simple.
Best Results:
Achieved 4 podiums at the Swiss Epic Flow last year. And the year before that finished 20th in the Marathon category for Elite Men, an incredible race and a fantastic experience, not to mention rather cool for an 'old' guy!
