Have ridden 6 Transbaviaans 233Km MTB races and won the Masters Cat three times finishing 15th, 16th and 21st overall in years 2017,2018 and 2019 respectively. Also finished 2nd in the Masters Cat at the Great Zuurberg Trek in 2018. Also, won the Great Grand Masters Cat at the Berg and Bush Descent in 2022, and in 2023 i earned my Amabubesi Medal having completed 3 Brutal Cape Epics
This all said, my biggest highlight has been able to ride many MTB races partnered with my son who also partnered me in the 2021 and 2023 Cape Epic's - what a privilege !!!
