I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
Because it is an achievement to finish, the build up to the race and months of training gives me a goal to follow. Life needs constant goals which keep us in touch with our daily need to live a fulfilling life; this generates a positive vibe. The route traverses beautiful country otherwise never seen; this is great.
The race is very organised.
