Oh well, I was cycling with a friend who entered the Epic. Her partner never trained. She dropped him and begged me to join her instead. Then she got sick and dropped out in January. Much to my dismay as I was suddenly unwittingly alone on this crazy journey. And I had to frantically start looking for a partner...
Best Results:
Don't have much of a 'career'. Probably the times I can manoeuvre myself up a spike on a rocky track for the first time or finally get down a scary drop-off, while some of the men don't. Doesn't happen often enough though...
