I enter the ABSA Cape Epic as it is a must do race for every cyclist in the world whether it is a roadie or mountain biker it pits you against the greatest test there is YOURSELF.
Best Results:
The highlight of my mtb career is actually not my career but that of my ten year old son who has show that guts and determination will take you a long way. He has done the Nissan Series in Gauteng all by himself and is currently lying 8th overall in the points position for the 20 km for men. It is a highlight every time I finish a race without any accidents
