I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
To experience the awesome spirit of the event, meet interesting people, challenge myself to dig deeper and to say I have finished the 10th edition of the Cape Epic.
We initially entered as a father - son team, as a wildcard entry having completed the first edition, but my father has not yet fully recovered from a crash he had in Knysna in July 2012. My training partner in PE has been given his spot.
Best Results:
I finished the first Cape Epic with my dad in 2004. Completing the Cape Pioneer Trek in 2012 was also high on the list.
