I entered the Absa Cape Epic...
As a mountain biker this is the litmus test. It is an awsome challenge and something that will most likely stay with my partner and I for a long time. More importantly, this years race finishes on my Dad's birthday he was an insperation to me and I am would like to dedicate the race to him.

Losing 20kg which makes climbing easier, and for now entering the ABSA Cape Epic
